1. Appointment Cancellation
Cancellations are not permitted once an appointment is confirmed and paid.
No refund will be issued for missed appointments or no-shows.
Please ensure all details are accurate before completing your booking.
2. Refund Policy
No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, including:
• Patient no-shows
• Incorrect booking details
• Change of mind
• Delays or dissatisfaction
All payments made through the website are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Appointment Rescheduling
We do allow rescheduling of appointments under the following terms:
• Patients may reschedule their appointment once, at no extra cost.
• The request must be made at least 1 hour before the original appointment time.
• Both time and date of the appointment may be changed.
• The rescheduling process must be completed through the designated third-party platform integrated with our website.
• If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled or missed, no further changes or bookings will be permitted under the same payment. A new appointment must be booked with fresh payment.
• There are no restrictions on rescheduling same-day appointments, as long as the request is made 1 hour in advance.
4. No Cancellation Fee
As cancellations are not allowed, there is no cancellation fee.
5. Policy Exceptions
In rare cases (such as doctor unavailability), Madnani Hospital reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Any such changes will be communicated to the patient.
